The UNT Computer Science and Engineering Department will be hosting a number of summer cybersecurity programs to introduce young women and young men in 8th -12th grades to cybersecurity. The goal of the summer camps is to help students understand correct and safe on-line behavior, increase diversity and interest in cybersecurity and careers in the cybersecurity workforce of the Nation.
The curriculum for each camp will include the 10 GenCyber First Principles, and a wide variety of cybersecurity topics offered through various instructional tools and methods (e.g., hands-on activities, gamification, etc.) to keep the curriculum fun, engaging, and effective.
The one week day camp includes lunch and snacks each day. Please refer to the table below.
Registration will open April 24th at 5:00 PM CDT and will continue until all camps are full. Seats are available on a first-come first-served basis.
Please be sure to register for the correct camp!
You may only register for one camp per student.

The following represent the currently scheduled summer camp programs for 2017. Camps are subject to change or cancellation depending on enrollment and external funding considerations. Registration for camps will open beginning April 24th on a first-come first-served basis. Every camp begins at 9AM and ends at 4PM. We ask that you drop off no earlier than 8:30AM and pick up no later than 4:30PM.
